Koji Takahashi [stops the world] is on hiatus until further notice...

So, I'm sorry for being so blunt with this announcement. >> Free time has been nearly nonexistent for me over the pasted few weeks. Finals are here and I must say, they're much more demanding this year than any year before! I've already done two finals and have two giant scary end of the year crits and a French final next week... I'm also working at my job all weekend. <___>

In previous years, I've been able to keep comicking through finals, but not this time. It's not just the sheer amount of work that needs to be done, but the strain on me creatively and my poor computer. The page I'm working on is not only the last page of the issue, but also the largest page I've EVER done. It's basically three normal sized pages put together. It's so big that, even though I resized the thing down to print-size, it was still crashing Photoshop... and up until now I could count the amount of times PS had crashed on my mac on one hand!

You can image, being the last page of the issue and being so big, it's a very important page plot wise! I was becoming frustrated with the dialogue and the pacing, and found myself rushing panels to try and meet the deadline I set for myself (May 5th, my birthday.) I don't feel comfortable presenting a lack-luster page that is so important.

So that's why the comic is on hiatus for the time being. I need to finish the year and present my readers with a legit page. I'm done with school next week and have to work next weekend as well, so I can't give an ETA right now. I will say that the page is mostly scanned, mostly text'd, and quite a bit of it is colored. I just don't want hate it when I post it.
